Connecting PM Hub to Xero

This guide explains how to connect PM Hub to Xero.

Prerequisites

  • Access to PM Hub
  • Access to Xero organisation
  • Permission to authorise integrations

Steps
Step 1 – Navigate to Integrations

1. Go to Integrations

Step 2 – Open Xero Integration

1. Click Xero Integration

Step 3 – Connect Organisation

1. Click Connect a Xero Organisation

2. Click Connect with new Xero Organisation

Step 4 – Authorise in Xero

1. Log in to Xero

2. Select organisation
3. Click Allow access

Step 5 – Confirm Connection

1. Select connected Xero organisation

  • Status will show as Connected

Step 6 – Select Companies

1. Assign PM Hub companies to Xero organisation and save

Step 7 – Initial Sync

1. Trigger initial sync

• Chart of Accounts and Tax Rates will sync

What Happens Next

  • Integration becomes active
  • Background sync begins

Important Notes

  • Sync runs typically every 5 minutes
  • Initial sync may take time
