Getting Started

Prerequisites

  • Active PM Hub subscription
  • Active Xero Practice Manager subscription
  • Administrator access to XPM

Connecting to XPM

  1. Navigate to PM Hub Integrations page in PM Hub and select XPM Integration.

  2. Click Connect to Xero Practice Manager.

  3. Log in to Xero when prompted.
      .
  4. Authorise access to your XPM organisation.

After successful authorisation, the integration status screen will display:

  • Connected Since date and time
  • Last Sync timestamp
  • Connected By (authorising user)
  • Connected To (XPM organisation name)
  • Option to view the connected organisation in XPM

Users can then configure synchronisation preferences based on their requirements and save the settings.
