Data Mapping

Client and Contact Field Mapping

• If a client does not have a physical address recorded in PM Hub, the postal address is used to populate the physical address field in FYI.

Custom Field Type Mapping

• Custom fields created in PM Hub must be created manually in FYI for updates to that field’s data to sync.
• Date of Birth, ABN, ACN and TFN are not synced via custom fields in FYI — they map to their own dedicated fields (see Client and Contact Field Mapping above).

Contact and Association Syncing

• Associations under a Client in PM Hub sync to Contacts in FYI, regardless of whether the association is with a client or a contact.
• Additional phone, email, mobile and fax details recorded under contact details in PM Hub also sync to Contacts in FYI.
• Any contact detail type with “mobile” in its name syncs as a mobile number in FYI; all other phone-type details sync as phone numbers.
