Configuring Synchronisation Preferences

After connection, users can configure:

Data to be Synchronised

Enable or disable sync for:

  • Clients
  • Client Groups
  • Contacts
  • Relationships
  • Staff
  • Custom Fields

Contact Detail Mapping

Since PM Hub supports multiple types for contact details, users can configure which type should sync to XPM:

  • Street Address
  • Postal Address
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Mobile
  • Fax

These dropdown selections determine which PM Hub contact type is pushed to XPM.

After making changes, click Save to apply configuration settings.

Important

Configuration settings only define what is eligible for synchronisation.
Data is not automatically pushed to XPM until the manual Sync action is triggered on a client record.
