Disconnecting Xero Integration

In PM Hub, disconnection is managed at the company level, allowing you to disconnect specific companies without removing the entire integration.

Steps to Disconnect a Company
Step 1 – Navigate to Integration Settings
1. Go to Integrations and Open Xero Integration
Connected ledgers and companies can be seen

Step 2 – Open Connect/Disconnect Option

1. Click the Connect / Disconnect button

Step 3 – Select Companies

You will see a list of companies currently connected to Xero organisation.

  1. Locate the company you want to disconnect
  2. Unselect the company and click Save to apply the changes

Successfully disconnected.

What Happens Next

  • The selected company will be disconnected from Xero
  • No further data (invoices, payments, etc.) will sync for that company
  • Other connected companies will remain unaffected

Important Notes

  • Disconnection is applied only to the selected companies
  • The overall Xero connection remains active if other companies are still selected
  • Existing synced data in Xero will remain unchanged
