Connecting FYI to PM Hub

Step 1 – Go to the FYI integration page on PM Hub

1. First go to PM Hub
2. Go to Integrations and select FYI integration.
3. Once you get the below page, you will be required to put in information from your FYI account.

Step 2 – Go to the PM Hub application on FYI

1. Switch over to FYI 
2. Go to Automations
3. Go to the Apps tab under automations
4. In the search bar, search PM Hub
5. Select the PM Hub integration by clicking on the cog icon
6. Click Create new secret

7. You may select the Cabinet for which the data should be synchronised into from the AutoFile defaults section.
8. Copy access key ID and Secret key ID and go back to the FYI integration page on PM Hub

Step 3 – Input information from FYI into PM Hub FYI integration page

9. Once you are back in the FYI integration page on PM Hub, Paste the Access key ID and Secret key ID into the respective fields.
10. Enter the same email used to login into FYI into the User field.

Step 4 – Choose the right configuration and what data should be synchronised to FYI

11. Tick the relevant check boxes.

1. 1. 1. Under connection details Staging – Tick this box only if the integration happens with an FYI account that is not on a live environment
      2. Under Data Synchronising data –

1. 1. 1. Client groups – Details of client groups in relation to name and group code.
      2. Client – Details on client information such as name, partner, code, company they represent etc.
      3. Invoices – The invoices of each client will be synchronised into FYI as a PDF

12. Press save to complete the connecting process.

Once the connection between FYI and PM Hub is completed a notification will appear stating whether the connection has been successful.

13. Press OK.

This will be the final result of the page when the connection between FYI and PM Hub is successful.
