Syncing process between PM Hub and FYI

Overview
This document will describe the synchronisation process between PM Hub and FYI.

 

The invoices from PM Hub will be synced to FYI in PDF format through an automatic sync process that will be carried out on a preprogrammed schedule. Client and client group details will be synced as per the settings

Date will be synced according to the below 3 categories.  Therefore, please ensure that you select one or more (tick all if required) boxes to sync before saving the settings.

Data Synchronising –

  1. Client groups – Details of client groups in relation to name and group code.
  2. Client – Details on client information such as name, partner, code, company they represent etc.
  3. Invoices – The invoices of each client will be synchronised into FYI as a PDF

It will appear as shown in the below images once the sync is successful,

You may cross-reference between the platforms to verify that the synchronization process was completed correctly.
